Jonathan & Katie.
After visiting Lincolnshire many times, Jonathan and Katie decided to make the move from Kent in 2026. Their new home came with two established holiday lets — and the chance to finally realise a long-held dream of welcoming guests to somewhere of their own.
Woodlands is surrounded by countryside and woodland, with plenty of opportunities for walking nearby. It gives couples, families and friends somewhere peaceful to return to after a day exploring.
Jonathan and Katie are close enough to help whenever needed, while giving guests the privacy and freedom to enjoy their stay at their own pace.
And when you do want to venture out, Burgh-le-Marsh is a short drive away for shops, food and local pubs, while Skegness and its seafront are within easy reach.
