Jonathan and Katie had visited Lincolnshire many times before deciding to make the move from Kent in 2026. When they found their new home, it came with two established holiday lets alongside it — and an opportunity to finally do something they had long wanted to do.
Today, Woodlands is home to two separate stays surrounded by countryside and woodland. The setting offers plenty of opportunities for walking and gives couples, families and friends somewhere quiet to return to after a day out.
They're close enough to help when needed, while giving guests the space and privacy to settle in, switch off and enjoy Woodlands as their own little piece of Lincolnshire for a few days.
And although it feels peaceful and rural, you're not cut off. Burgh-le-Marsh is only a short drive away for shops, pubs and food, while Skegness and its seafront are within easy reach.
