MEET YOUR HOSTS

A place we love.
A place to share.

Woodlands is home to two separate holiday lets alongside Jonathan and Katie's own home, surrounded by woodland and peaceful countryside. There are plenty of opportunities for walking nearby, making it an easy choice for family breaks, time away with friends or a quiet couple's escape.

After visiting Lincolnshire many times, Jonathan and Katie moved to the area from Kent in 2026. Their new home came with two established holiday lets — the perfect opportunity to fulfil a long-held dream of creating a welcoming place where guests could come and enjoy the surroundings.

Although Woodlands feels tucked away, it remains conveniently placed. Burgh-le-Marsh is around a short drive away for shops, pubs, food and local walks, while Skegness and its seafront attractions can also be reached easily for a day by the coast.

For Jonathan and Katie, good hosting is simple: a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation and the freedom for guests to enjoy their break exactly as they choose.
